Daftmill Chapter 35 – Whiskyland Series
A wonderfully rich and characterful single malt from Daftmill, released as Chapter 35 in the Whiskyland series from Decadent Drinks.
Distilled in 2006, this whisky matured for 20 years in a combination of a first-fill sherry butt and a first-fill bourbon barrel. The two casks were married together in 2026 before being reduced to a satisfying 53% ABV.
