Delivery within the UK

Once your order is processed (note that processing may be delayed if products are out of stock, in which case we will inform you), we dispatch all orders using a Standard (2-3 day) courier service, available Monday to Friday for most mainland UK destinations. For outlying areas of the UK, delivery can take up to 3-4 days. Please be aware that the delivery schedule starts from the first working day after processing. Orders placed before 12 noon will count that day as the first working day; orders placed after 12 noon will begin processing the next working day. All delivery timeframes are estimates, and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed. We only deliver to UK addresses.

Currently, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses. If you are not home, or if the delivery is to a business address, please provide specific instructions on where to leave the parcel. A signature from someone over the age of 18 is required for delivery. Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items and the destination address.
