Official Tasting Notes
Nose – A rich and honeyed introduction to this dram, there are notes of ripe peaches, honeycomb and creamy chocolate.
Palate – There is a vibrancy on the palate, with familiar tropical fruit and fresh tangerine notes, and a leathery note reminiscent of old library books developing over time.
Finish – Tart and syrupy in the finish, with notes of brambles, maraschino cherries and a dunnage warehouse note to round off this dram.
