The 2025 release of the Hazelburn Oloroso Cask Matured is here.
Triple distilled in February 2017 then matured for 8 years in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottling was in March 2025 at a great strength of 48.2% abv.
This limited edition, annual release is both powerful and complex. The palate offers mixed berry notes alongside flavours of sticky toffee pudding and blackberries.
