Nose: That Spanish sun dried fruits are there in abundance smothering the warm Spanish oak it has been wedded to for all these years.
Palate: Oh boy! The most luxurious and sumptuous of Sherry bombs. This is so moreish you will need to hide the bottle. Sweet stewed dried fruit and nut, chocolate and ginger and cinnamon dance across the tastebuds. A touch of old leather and alcohol soaked prunes.
Finish: This is going to stay with you for an age! Delightful, playful and warming it’s way to the tip of your toes.
