This peated expression spent the entirety of its maturation in a single first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, a powerful exhibition of the distillery’s capabilities. Bottled at the natural cask strength without added colouring or chill filtration. Just 313 bottles were yielded in this single cask expression.

Tasting
Oolong tea and lit charcoal brick. Amongst the embers, damp mulch and thick Autumnal air with wisps of sea spray and blackberry jam. Overripe plums and black pepper precede cinnamon and dark chilli chocolate dipped into espresso. Leather and liquorice draw long into the finish.
