Official Tasting Notes
Nose – A herbal, vegetal note is immediately apparent with notes of tomato plant and heather, along with touches of morello cherries and smoky bacon.
Palate – Savoury and sweet meet on the palate with notes of smoked ham, wine gums, raspberry jam and honey.
Finish – Characteristic coastal notes come to the forefront in the finish of this dram.
